Returns & Refunds Policy
At PatterPups, we want you and your pup to be happy with your order. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.
Returns
Because our products are pet toys, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at support@patterpups.com with your order number and reason for return. You may also use the Contact Form to start the return process.
Items that have been used, chewed, washed, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation and product availability.
